Lim Meng Khuang Lim Meng Kuang, a Singaporean ceramic artist, researcher and teacher, studied ceramics in the UK. He is inspired by shapes, textures and forms from both nature and the urban environment. Lim enjoys experimenting with glazes and firing techniques to enhance his work as exemplified by the works he will be present in this exhibition. In this series he explores the elements of nature through designs based on raw, natural clay. 'My journey with ceramics has no end. Although I've spent years teaching, experimenting, researching and looking for new ways of expression, clay as a creative art medium never ceases to fascinate me.'
