Katong Platform is based on ideas which orginated from the LRD installation PLATFORM at the Singapore Art Museum in November 2005. The components which consists of salvaged timber and cast concrete legs impregnated with ceramic fragments lock together without the use of fixings such as screws, bolts etc. All the materials were sourced in Katong an important historical area on the East Coast of Singapore where Little Red Dots was based at the time.
